So my friend does fish tank cleaning for his father's business and he was asking me what these are cause he touch it by accident and it stung him and he got a small rash

Those are fake or dead coral I dont think you can get stung by them

They do look fake at first glance, but I can see small polyps here and there. Never seen that coral before. Ask him If i can have a frag of the bright yellow one : )

Not fake has very very tiny polyps on them if you zoom in..but like someone said I think I'll just go and say it's fire coral
