Chlorophyll And Zoanthid

Chlorophyll is the green pigment that help plants conduct photosynthesis.

It also gives them green coloration.

Do all zoas have a certain amount of chlorophyll?

And also, does phytoplankton contain chlorophyll amounts? Can adding chlorophyll to tank

benefit zoanthids with conducting photosynthesis? What do you think?

That would be like pouring gas on your car and hoping some will fall into the gas tank.

From what I have read and studied in micro and marco biology, most do not have the ability to capture and store the power producing green stuff.

I don't think adding cholorophyll to the tank will boost zoa growth since they already have their own naturally built into them. There are a few good articles out there on this that I found awhile back. If you search google, I am sure something will come up.
