DIY epoxy anyone?

Does anyone have any recipes on how to make epoxy or something similar to glue down frags and rocks?
I have used a glue gun but obviously that has its limits.

Not sure about a DIY epoxy but I use epoxy putty. I get mine at PetSmart, they seem to have the best price.

They also sell the same stuff at Home Depot but it's named differently. I don't know for sure if that's reef safe but I assume it is.

Doesn't cute as hard as aquarium design. But it works and it's safe. Just be prepared for skimmer to go nuts

I use the ace hardware brand of epoxy. A huge tube is like $7. It has no effect on my skimmer. I think the key to all epoxy is making the superglue sandwich so it sticks properly.

Gonna stop by Ace hardware and try that epoxy out....Im switching my aquascape and coral around.

Stupid question. Can I put the epoxy on the rock under water then push the frag into the epoxy?
