Aptasia struggle

I have had three aiptasia over the past year. The first two I zapped with boiling water out of a turkey baster/coral feeder. I now have a third and he's a biggun! He is also leary of the baster and when he sees it coming he retreats.
Any suggestions?

My peppermint shrimp ate about 6 I was trying to keep in my fuge. I've definitely heard they are hit or miss though.
