28g nano cube and circulation pump

would it be too much water movement if i added circulation pump to my nano?
right now it has a wavemaker hooked up to 2 pumps one on each side

not at all. I quickly went from stock returns to a korilia nano to an MP10. The MP 10 is not at all overkill and if you are keeping anything but softies it will help a lot (and when you upgrade you will need it anyway). The stock acellas are only 266gph I think and I could never run both without draining the back chamber, so I really needed one. I would say I highly recommend adding at least a koralia or something.

+1. Added MP10 as well. Figured I wouldn't be able to mod/upgrade rear chamber enough and didn't want to drill holes. Defeats the whole reason for an AIO.

i added a koralia 550gph and a koralia 425 with mj 1200 and i think its too much flow

then i changed the maxijet to a mj600 and the two koralia are still there .. not its perfect flow in it.



the problem with the back chamber pumps in these cubes is what ever direction you point the flow its always creating the swirling action and too much current which some softies dont like.so taking off one of the pumps and adding a koraila or an mp 10 is always good.

I put a Tunze 6015 in my 12G, but had to take it out because the ripples were diffusing too much light

well with that much flow i dont think corals like plate corals or rics stand a chance ..do they ?
