I have to pipe up here. When you take ownership of living creatures that have no say in being put in captivity you really need to take some responsibility for their well being and environment. When you have a heat problem that will and has already led to the demise of your livestock you are responsible for fixing it. If you don't have the financial means of making it better then do something else to give your coral and fish a better place to live.
Giving you the benefit of the doubt here that you do care about your livestock outside of the ac ideas already posted take advantage of this awesome community and see if people can house your stuff until you can get your situation more stable or sell it and come back later. It really is upsetting to see someone's tank just slowly die when something could've been done about it. Imagine putting yourself in a overheated box and being stuck in it. That would suck please consider how that would feel for your livestock.

Freeze few coke plastic bottles full of water and put one in sump, rotate it one in the morning before work, one after work, one before going to sleep. This method works, and is almost free, takes just couple of minutes a day.
