DIY Shelf rockscape.

After coming back from my trip from michigan,i stopped by an online friend from RC to see his aquarium,i then got inspired to come home and do my own rockscape.He did his rockscape out of rock that was cut using a bandsaw into nice flat pieces.I have decided to do one side of my tank with his tank in mind and see how it goes.I will start tonight and see how it progresses from here on out.I have reef inserts but if the rockwork comes out nice,then i will slowly switch to all liverock in the next 3months.

that's sweet stuff right there good luck and keep us posted and are you going back to reef or just replacing the inserts with aquascape

Just replacing the inserts with liverock.My water has had a green tint to it since my CUC died off when i went to HYPO,i ordered 1000 crabs and snails to help things along.

How is your water green if you have 80watts of UV?

I don't know,it has a green tint to it,i tried overskimming and nothing happens,so i blame my lack of liverock and non existant cuc.
