I bought 2 RW-20 in the recent group buy by jay jerk and I set one up in my 125 gl and i can't find a good flow setting with out my sand spreading around and leaving a bare side any help reefers ?

Looks like a tube anemone or feather duster please let me know if they are safe found it in my rock

About 2 months ago or more I decide to take out all my sponges n filtration sock from my refugium n now I have all this coming out on it I was wondering if it's ok or not looks like algae let me know what's use guys think thanx
