First time i've seen any worms in my tank. is this a bristle worm? its about 1 inch long, Good or bad?

I bought this guy on Sunday. Everything has been fine. Tonight i noticed it keeps going up to the top sticking its mouth out of the water. Doesn't appear to be breathing heavy or fast.. I thought maybe it was just hungry. Added food, Everyone else ate, but it didn't seem to want any..Anyone...
