I bought 100 "nassarius" snails off ebay for $25 and since they've been in the tank all they do is lay eggs. The glass looks like crap with all these eggs all over and I'm not sure If I should scrape them off. I don't know if killing all of them will screw with my water. Any suggestions?

My skimmer is in need of a much needed cleaning. Ive heard that I should use vinegar but im not sure how much. Does it matter if I dump a whole bottle in? Would a baby bottle brush be the best thing to scrub it with? Thanks for the input.

Im just wondering where people place Acans in their tank. I've had a couple frags for about a year that just don't do very well in my tank. At times the frags will look totally dead and then all of a sudden they make a comeback. I love the way these things look but I just can't get them to grow.
