I run a Jaebao 13000 at 85%. You can push massive amounts of water through these, and the more water you push, the more air you suck. You can crank your pump and just use the gate valve to adjust the water level and the wetness of your skimmate.

They won’t eat corals...just your clean up crew. By the way, how bug is your tank? Reefer 270 LX gives me no results.

This is the one! I recently upgraded to this skimmer and it’s the best I’ve ever had out of 5-6 skimmers. Great price too. I paid close to $600 for a new one recently.

I bought coepods years ago and they still thrive in my sump. When I turn the sump light on, they scatter! Look like this:

Well , I got rid of a huge colony a few weeks ago, I added a Little Rock to create some real estate, and I just glued the frags in close to each other. As they grow, I’ll decide what I like and what I don’t, and other colonies will get the boot.
