guys I am at my wits end... my tank is driving me nuts ... it should not be fukn impossible for water to flow through a **** tube but I guess for me it is ...whats happening is the the sump level goes up ... then the tank makes a gurgling noise,,, then the level in the sump drops almost over...

I got a midas blenny but soon as I put in in the tank after acclimating it shot to the bottom and is hiding ... it looks like its breathing heavy... I hope it will be ok :(
