My wrasse is flashing and its freaking me out. I can see two tiny ich spots on him . I already cured him for ich. Last week and he was spotless in medicated qt water for a week. So I'm pretty sure its in my dt sand. Can I dose my dt with ridich? Its fowdr and a astrea and cortez hermit

So I' ve been looking into lights for my 36" inch long 20 inch tall now front tank which is 50 gallons. And I found two metal halides for a decent price. Do you guys and gals think there's any better options for a sps mixed reef than these two 250 lights? Would two 150 watt lights do the job...
