The issue is I can't get to the foot. The foot in in a hole in the rock.

I am in the need for two shop lights measuring 3'x 10". Looking to take out the guts, so I can install some T5 bulbs in the housing. Cannot find any at Home Depot, Ace, or Lowe's. Anyone have any ideas?
