    Pods ??

My favorite for my fish are copepod. I don’t believe other pods are seen much. Only if you move rocks and such but I may be wrong. One can’t help seeing copepods on the glass which is a good sign you have Sufficient food for your Mandarin gobbles. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    What kinda music?

I like house/ trance or sometimes I tell Alexa to play my favorite music which is a mix of everything. And when I don’t listen to music I’ll put it on ocean waves sounds. [emoji16] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Here I Go Again

Have you thought of protecting your switches on the side of your stand with some type of water diverting cover in case water drips/ runs down the side? Looks great by the way!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Reef ready worth it

And also today I removed my overflow stand pipe and supply pipes from my 150 so I could take a razor blade and clean the glass inside the overflow. That way I can see if there is anything that got into the overflow that I need to save. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Reef ready worth it

The reason why you wouldn’t glue the standpipe in would be to remove and clean. I personally don’t have mine glued for that reason. Also in a power outage ,water has never trickled out of my overflow below my drain at the top of my stand pipe. For reference, My longest power outage lasted 3 1/2...

    Reef ready worth it

I agree, my water never goes beneath my standpipes when there is a power outage. (That’s where I keep heaters also. in over flows as well as in the sump. ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

There isn’t a fellow refer or a friend close to you that you could buy barrow polarized sunglasses of 3D glasses from? You would only need them for a minute to do the test. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Look on the internet. They show a way to use a phone or iPad screen and Polarized sunglasses to tell if it’s tempered. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Battling Cyano...

Yeah I believe between 78 and 80 is what i see most. I run mine at 79. glad to hear you are running multiple heaters. Always extra insurance when doing that. But also wanted to point out that say there was a power outage you may have a longer window before things go south. I do think running...

    Battling Cyano...

Just wondering why you run your temp so low? At that temp I would think that if you had a problem with a heater that it would become dangerously low so quickly. As far the cyano I would recommend not scrubbing the rocks and letting it just run its course. Maybe move corals that are being...
