    Best DI Resins

I like this suggestion! Never thought of that and it seems so obvious.

Not sure if this is real, but if it is, someone should jump on this

Nice deal....but damn, get that big naso out of that 50 gallon tank!

    New 225/260 Build

Well thought out.....but don’t do 36 tall. While I’d would look awesome, it would be a complete pain in the ass to clean, place corals, cut corals, or basically to anything. I have a 30 inch tank and while I love the viewing window, I don’t like having wet armpits!

    DIY Canopy's

I had a dude make mine, but it’s not store bought. Made from walnut plywood and edges with walnut hardwood. You could easily do the same with iron on edging. I’ll likely do something similar myself on my next build. The flip up front with the gas pistons are a real life savor.

    Tank Envy

I don’t have much of a cleanup crew at all. Maybe two Mexican turbo snails and that’s it (my wrasse and triggers eat everything). I know that people swear by cleanup crews, but I think they’re overrated. I use a turkey baster or power head with a small hose on it to blow out under my rocks and...

    Tank Envy

There is no magic bullet to keeping a tank looking pristine. First, that tank doesn’t even appear all that clean to me. Usually when you see pics of tanks, people take them when tanks are looking their best and the other 90% of the time, they’ve got film algae on their substrate and glass...

Do you have a freshwater aquarium?

    NO....Gross! Just kidding, just kidding.

Tang being a pain in the Wrasse

It might be ok after a few days. My triggerfish are really hard on new additions, but after a couple of days, the aggression usually subside. My blue tang is pretty peaceful, but it’s with some very aggressive fish.

How long were you at his house? I can never get out of there in under two hours! Loves to talk shop and and has so much coral to look at.

    Xmoji 57 Gallon Reef Tank

Looking great! I agree about looking at healthy corals. It’s really satisfying.....same is true when looking at stressed corals...really terrifying. I travel quite a bit an there is nothing more calming than getting home after being gone for five days, running to see if the tank is OK, and...

    What do you dose?

I dose coral vitalizer from Korallen zucht. In my mind, I think it makes me have good PE, but it’s probably snake oil. But seriously....I’ve convinced myself that my corals really like it. I also dose KZ 4 part coloring stuff when I think about it. Now and then, I’ll give my tank a shot of KZ...
