Nice! Let me know how you like it next week. Was thinking of buying one as a gift for another hobbyist before the sale ends 8/31. I've seen one up close and the attention-to-detail on the instruments is magnificent, but I haven't actually tried the tools so I'm just wondering how they fair.

Nope! They got a plug in this promotion because they are brand-new and there is a lot of interest thanks to their small size and Tunze's great reputation. Now, if we have stock... and you can hold out until Labor Day... there may be a coupon you can use...
 
Question - Do you screen your reviews? I gave a product a bad review which was well deserved and it doesn't exist on your site reviews for that specific product.

Yes, all reviews are screened by actual humans. People often try to sneak in links to other websites to improve their search engine ranking or use foul/inappropriate language so we have to be watchful for that type of thing. We have a couple of customer service team members who moderate reviews in between their regular duties (calls, emails, chats, etc.), so it's certainly possible they just haven't gotten to your review yet. Please let us know which product (a link is fine) and what the name is on the review (date if you know it would be helpful) and I'll forward that info to our review moderators to check on. I will get back to you with their findings!
