Setting up a 120 . Tomorrow tearing down a 72 . If save most of 72 water rinse sand and top off with new water . Shouldn't get much cycle should I?

If you switch over your live rock you should be fine. Hit or miss on the sand. Some people have had a tank wipe swapping over sand.

It usually comes down to if your sand bed is constantly stirred or not.
