125g plumbing?

I have a question for anyone that is willing to help this newbie. I have a 125g long rr. Should I use the plumbing it came with or should buy or make my own? As far as the overflow part. Tank is a perfecto.

your plumbing that came with the tank is like that right? There's no reason why you need to make your own... Some people like to throw in filter floss or something with similar effects to make it quieter.

Yes thats what I have. I was told It was not good n should replace it with better ones. So before I do I thought I ask on here. But thanks for your response.
