Adding a 2nd power cord to 24 gallon JBJ hood

Hey...I have a 24 gallon JBJ hood - which I believe was also used on the 28 gallon - that has 13 1.3w CREE LED's off of one power cord with 2 toggle switches. One of the switches operates 11 LED's(5 10k and 6 20k) and the other operates 2 LED's(20k). I know it would not be adding a lot of flexibility but I would like to add another power cord to run the switches on separate timers.

Any idea's or who I might go to with this DIY project?

on my JBJ NC28 89w LED ADV there are three cords; Moon lights, whites, and blues separately. Three different power supplies. No switches at all.
 
Should be easy they most likely got a jumper between switches elimnate that and wire in second cord only if there r two drivers though and the jumper wire will be bettween the drivers
