anyone know where i can buy some splitters for a 10g tank thats reef safe..

Is there water in the tank? I've used acrylic, but needs a good strong material to keep it in place. RTV103 works well. It's a silicone (yes I know that doesn't bond acrylic) but it will lock it in very good.
