aquaC remora skimmer w/ mag 3 pump issues

I have had this skimmer set up for about a month now and its still giving off a lot of micro bubbles. Its very annoying to see them all floating around in the tank. Takes my eyes away from the corals and on to the bubbles :( I don't want to add the bubble trap box because the mag 3 pump is big as it is and took me awhile to figure out how to hide it in my tank without a sump. Anyone else out there with the same skimmer or just anyone else with suggestions on how to get rid of them? If not all, I would be happy with getting rid of at least 50% of them.

hhmm, rock rubble....I will try that. Might be easier if I try bioballs? those things float so I won't have to dig my arm all the way down the chamber incase the rubble doesn't work.

That's the risk ;) Bio-balls is a no for me but can't be worse than the collection you will get in time with rock.

Maintaining it clean will avoid issues down the road ;)

Just get a new stand and sump.. You will be much happier IMO

not a new stand lol. Not going to drain down the tank and take out everything to swap out stands. I can fit a sump in there now but needs to be no bigger then 21" wide. On the lookout for a good one still.
