Bad Powerhead Fan

Is it possible to repair a bad powerhead fan, I recently discovered it was the culprit for some stray voltage in my tank, and cause a whole mess of problems. Or should I just get a new one?
 
If it is just the impeller, that is an easy fix; if it is a Hydor, they even replace them for free. Otherwise, I would say junk it.
 
The magnet wouldnt cause stray voltage that i know of most likely the power head it self worn a hole in or seeal went bad get new one . Stray voltage causes lot of issues from corals dieing to fish acting weird and dieing ive aeen fish stop eating with stray voktage and soon as removed they started eating
