Black spot

So I was looking at my 20 gallon tank today and I noticed my orange clown AKA CARROT named by the wife and kids lol he has black spot that I never noticed befor can this be okay or it it some kind of disease ??

Usually is a sting of some sort

yes and doesnt depend on the size .. ... in any case .. the clown would first approach and get stung by the bta and then clown goes back yadayada and the nem hosts it
