Bristle worm...? Or something else???

Ok so today I saw a bristle worm in my tank and I'm completely fine with seeing those. He was about 2 inches and a lovely pink color.

But then, I was moving my rocks around( the tank is new, just getting a feel for what scape I want) and I saw two small worm things underneath a rock when I pulled it up. They looked almost bristle worm like but had very small bristles... Could it be a baby bristle worm?

I'll try to get a picture soon, it sort of looked like a maggot. But chunkier and kinda transparent. It had kind of a squishy body too.

Anybody know some easy ways to tell a bad worm from a good worm?

I never found a bad worm in my tank in all my years of reefing so I would say bad worms are possible but uncommon if that helps.
