Bubbles in sump

The last chamber flows into the return box which causes bubbles that gets sucked in, The Returned and spit out in the tank. how can I stop this?

You will want to create a bubble trap and it is easy. Add another baffle prior to the return pump and leave a gap at the bottom. The water will need to flow down to enter the last chamber and the bubbles will want to float. Don't put the last two baffles too close together because that will create faster flow and allow the bubbles to escape into the return chamber.

And if that doesn't help, or you can't add another baffle, add either some filter floss, or cotton pad right before the return pump.
