DI only question

How bad would it be on my DI resin if I were to run about 55-60 gallons thru it to fill up a new build? I really don't want to disassemble the entire RO system to take with me for the weekend, would like to just take the DI with my extra tubing and faucet adaptor and run it off a bathroom sink faucet.

Just need quick answers today before noon to decide if it's worth taking the whole system off the wall for the weekend.

It's doable, but your resin will probably be depleted after that one time use. That's too much TDS to go through just a DI resin without any prefilters or RO.

Thanks, just deciding what's easiest at this point, will take a day to run the whole system, the cost of a new DI refill, or buying 60 gallons of RO from all the grocery stores in the area when I get there...

Just use the DI,it's like 15bux for 2 refills from BRS.
