DI resin replacement question

When do you change your DI resin? When TDS measures more than "0"? Or do some members let it go a little higher?

It's personal preference, you can let it go a little. Just because you have a couple ppm of solids doesnt necessarily mean the solids are "bad" for the tank, but on the otherhand if your not sure what is bypassing the filters, a few bucks for new resin is a cheap safety blanket.
