Dino issue

So about a month and a half ago I finally tore down my tank after trying to battle dino for several months. I clean the whole tank with bleach then vinegar then r/o water, as well as every pump and piece of equipment. I had some zoas and a frag of palys that was still alive as well as a couple fish. My rock was all set out in the sun for a week. I bought new sand, and threw out my old salt. Started the tank back up, all was fine for a few weeks. I transfered the coral over dipping it in peroxide as well as coral rx. 2 weeks later I have the usual diatoms outbreak, but now I am noticing the dread dino bubbles. Could it possible be my R/o membrane? or should I just wait it out and pray to neptune? I am using Reef Crystals salt.

Turn off the light for 2-3 days..Turn on feed the fish then turn off....dosing Peroxide 1ml for 10 gallon..will take care the those thing..

I have LEDS over the tank. Also I have Dosed some peroxide and it went away....hopefully for good. Right now I have a few turbos and a couple hermits in there as far as a CUC is concerned.
