do i hold the secret to a brs discount?

so apparently every time i leave some items in my cart on my BRS account, a couple days later I will get an email with a $5 off promo code that works for 24 hrs.

not sure if this happens to anyone else, but if you are buying from BRS and can wait a few days to put your order through. or just try it out by leaving an item in your cart for a while.

anyone else got sweet ways to get promo codes for making this expensive hobby a little bit cheaper?
