so the bulkhead on the output of my skimmer is loose...anyone know how to tighten it?

Can you turn it "righty tighty"
Or will the whole thing just push in more, some skimmers you just need to push the whole output pipe into the skimmer.

if i turn it right...the whole bulkhead fitting turns...so it doesnt get tightened
