HELP paddlefin wrasse flashing after being moved to dt

My wrasse is flashing and its freaking me out. I can see two tiny ich spots on him . I already cured him for ich. Last week and he was spotless in medicated qt water for a week. So I'm pretty sure its in my dt sand. Can I dose my dt with ridich? Its fowdr and a astrea and cortez hermit

Just got back from school, the ick is gone and he looks great. Almost finished changing to a terminal male I'm pretty sure I over reacted cuz he was so expensive. Now that he's not stressed the ick doesn't stand a chance
