I bought a house today and I am currently demolishing the old basement before we move in. Man cave from the ground up. Tank will be a little later but I have big (medium) plans.

Hawthorn Woods and they skipped the insulation because they gave up like 2 feet of basement all along the walls. Very strange and inefficient use of space, but probably well insulated.
