How Much of and Alk Swing is Too Much?

I keep mostly SPS and run biopellets, so ideally, I'd like to keep my Alk in the uppers 7's. I'm only dosing Kalk and it seems to do the trick. About a month ago, I started mixing vinegar with my kalk and my alk went to 9.0. I didn't want it that high, so i just topped-off with rodi for a few days and left the kalk out. Now my alk is back down to 7.1. I know no change is the best, but is a 2.0 change in dkh enough to RTN or STN SPS?

Everything in my tank looks fine, I'm just wondering how much room I have in the numbers. Here's my alk chart:

My understanding is 1dkh per day is ok.

+1, while as little of a swing is best, keeping it under 1dkh per day is probably a safe bet. Don't let it go much lower then 7 dkh you will start to see some issues.

Thanks. I'm dosing the kalk/vinegar mix again, so I'm hoping to bring it to the high sevens again.

I've been dosing kalk through my gravity fed topoff. I can only mix up 5 gal at a time in my topoff jug and I evaporate this much in about a day and a half. I need to get at least a 15 gal topoff and a legit topoff system. I'm sick of refilling my topoff every night.
