Hydor Koralia Evolution

Anyone having problems with their Hydor Koralia Evolution power head? I have 2 and I am using their Hydor Koralia Smart Wave Circulation Pump Wave Maker. I've had them since last July and both the front bumpers broke off and one of them is pulling in water rather then blowing water. Spoke to the company and they are sending me new bumper covers, still waiting to hear about the one running backward. I used to use Maxi-jets but here is what happened with one of those.......View attachment 14186 They wound up refunding me the cost of the units plus the cost of my lost bi-color angel
 
Try unplug the one pulling in water for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in. I think it will reset itself and start blowing water again.
 
A lot of pumps are known to spin backwards every now and then. +1 to what Victor said, normally unplugging it will help get it spin the right way again. My return pumps will occasionally do this. I don't run my Koralia on timers, so I have never experienced this.
 
unplug, flip prongs around and plug back in, keep un plugging and replugging until it spins the right way
