Hydrated Lime question

I know many people have been using the Pickling Hydrated lime as a Kalk Substitute. My question is if anyone is using the hydrated lime they sell at Home Depot, Menards, etc. as you can get a huge bag for $5?

I knew about the pickling lime. I was asking about the Home Depot Hydrating Lime that I can get a 40 lb bag of for $5.
