So i bought a bta today.. came attached to this liverock.. and it had this crawling around.. Was wondering if u guys can help me id this.. and let me knw if its good or bad.. sorry if the picture is crappy.. the best pic i could get.. its a small little worm i thnk.. only comes out when i turn off my koralia.. and he just goes back in his hole after i turn the powerhead back on..

No they're not. As long as you don't touch them

My plate coral hasn't been acting normal lately, since I had my hands in the tank anyways, I used my pointer stick, and lifted it up off the sandbed, a ~3" long bristle worm was hanging out under the plate. When I disturbed the worm it took off into my rocks, the plate is now once again acting normal. They may not be "bad" for your tank, but can definitely be a nuisance in it.
