So i saw that my clam was closed up for about two days and finally decided to see what was up with him.. I picked him up and saw that a majority of the clam was gone but the foot was semi in tact i thnk.. I check for the snails that eat clams and found nothing.. After searching i decided to do a freshwater dip to see if i see any parasites that is maybe eating it and found this guy.. Pls help me with ID on this guy..

besides clams is there other things in my tank this will go after? and shoud i be worried?

They will also go after snails but generally eat a large meal at once (whole clam) and very rarely. Unlike other flatworms these guys don't split/breed as prolifically so if you got it out it's not unreasonable to believe that your tank is polyclad free now.

When you pulled the clam out, did it have a bad strong odor? When they die they will give off a very bad smell. Sorry to say but I think he has passed on

no bad odor or anything still has some color on him... will give him a few days.. hopefully he can recover

Sorry bro. My clam died in pretty much the same fashion a couple weeks ago. I didn't see any worms though.
