Could it be a "sting" mark? What have they been trying to host?
Is it just discoloration or are is there texture to it? Are there any other symptoms?

Could it be a bruise from fish on fish aggression? Or does it look like something "on them"?

Nah, both clowns have it. My clowns are never involved in aggression. I'm going to add Pranzi Pro to the tank as soon as I get it in the mail.
My male clown has taken a turn for the worst, I expect him to no be swimming by the time I get home from work. The wrasse is doing better and the green line goby and bangii have always seemed fine.
