I just got it last night. Then this morning it shot out stringy brown phlem and shrunk.

Poop. It's normal for E. quadricolor (and all Anemones for that matter) to do a couple "internal water changes" in the first few days after being brought home. This is especially true when they are shipped and bagged for 24hr+ After the first week if it is a daily occurrence there may be an issue, but at this point nothing to worry about.

I'm really happy that I came to look at this thread - because if that happened to mine.. I would definitely freak out.
