& can break...However.....
I bought 4 WP40's from www.fish-street.com in April. Today I noticed one of the pumps broke down & the impeller was not spinning. I did all the cleaning & trouble shooting with no success.

I contacted the support at fish-street.com & sent them all the proof (video) & within an hour I got a reply from them & they said they will send me a replacement for shipping cost without me having to return the pump.

That's good to hear, I've been running one for about 4-5 months and everything is good. I figured if customer service was bad, it's as still a good purchase for the price. Them coming through is just icing on the cake.
