Jugs - get your minds out of the gutter boys

So I have a couple of those 5 gallon jugs that have a little crud on walls. Can I just add cup of bleach mix with water and rinse?

Likely sit full of water with declor for a day

Otherwise how would you clean them

Bleach becomes inactive after a few hours Im pretty sure. All you really need to do is rinse with the dechlorinator and let it dry. If you want to be super safe you can soak em

what kind of crud? if its from water i'd use vinegar, organic then bleach.

White vinegar and warm water should do the job if you let them soak for an hour or so. Washing them gently by candle-light in a circular motion also helps. And be careful not to sprain your wrist - those are some big jugs!
