misenplace101 New member Sep 6, 2012 #6 Correct me of I'm wrong but aren't true blue arowana black ones just at a different stage of growth?
Triggerdood Active member Sep 6, 2012 #7 I believe the blue arowanna are actually black as juvies. Can try aquarium adventure, but you will pay double.

Triggerdood Active member Sep 7, 2012 #15 When I bought my silver aro, he was 6-7 inches. Within 1 year he outgrew my 120. Also had a hard time finding him a new home. Not many people or lfs had a tank big enough to take him.
