I recently purchased him. It's been 4 days and he keeps running the same route…< behind Bubble, rocks and coming under to the front above Power Head.…It is like circle. I'm afraid it might be mental… maybe poisoning… I never saw that fish before and I really love him. I wasn't ready to purchased but I couldn't resist...Yes. I didn't have my QT tank ready and I took a risk. But now I worry that I made mistake. Any hope he is ok? Some fish act weird on the beginning... Thanks for future advice. P.S. I'm trying to post a video but for some reason I can't…

My fish get compulsive every now and again. My powder blue zoomed back and forth in my tank for a few days. My niger trigger went up an down the glass on one end of the tank for a few days. My picasso trigger laid on his side all over the tank and shook his tail to blast sand everywhere (thank god he stopped doing that). They have all snapped out of their compulsion after a few days.

Is he stopping his laps to eat? I'd just give him a few more days to see if he chills out How big is your tank?

Is it eating? Is it scraping itself on the rocks? If it looks healthy and eats well maybe it's just getting use to the new surroundings. GL

Tank is 125. He stops sometime to pick on rocks. He eats when I feed, not aggressively like other fishes but he eats.No scraping against rocks. He looks healthy ( as far as I can see... he's on the move all the time ). I hope he'll be fine..
