LED Lighting - how long?

We currently have ecoxotic LEDs set up on our 30 gallon tank (mixed reef tank). There are 4 strips of blue and white LEDs, and we have 3 stunner strips of blues and magentas. How long should we be keeping our day lights, and "night lights" on for?
