I'm about to set up my reefkeeper to run my lights and heater. I plan on keeping LPS and eventually an anemone or two. My lights are 8 X 54w T5s that have two power switches (each controls 4 bulbs) and moon lights on another plug. One set of bulbs runs a little bluer than the other.
My question is, what time period should I set up the two light cycles? I'm never really home much during the day, so i prefer to have my lights on later at night so I can enjoy my tank more. Should I have one set come on earlier and go off earlier? Should I have one set go on earlier and go off later? Both on for the full amount of time?
Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
