hey guys im really struggling trying to figure out what to light my new tank with im trying to choose tank starts running tom so i would like these quick ai sol x2 radion x1 or ati t5 fixture with dimable feature gus lights are inthere too ati dont know what size fixture or how many bulbs radion might not be enough and ai sol are just blue and white help please

Seriously, you should come look at my lights. Two over each edge would give your tank enough light to keep the most demanding corals on the bottom, and are fully customizable and colorful, with UV, and other options all within a unit that produces next to no heat.

I might do that personaly dont like the strip light additions but i might have to check these out

I had a 92 gal corner and lit the whole tank with single 250 watt hallide with a lumenbrite reflector. You can also do a lumenbrite with 400watt hallide if you want.
I've seen corner tanks lit by LED's that's custom made to be triangular.

I had 400 halides which im not against but i would like to avoid if possible i do appreciate the responses

These strip modules aren't like the ones you've seen before, I promise you. Stunner strips and the Pro Modules are like a strip light compared with the sun. And they are enclosed, in a very professionally created structure.

Any time in the evenings works for me. You'll only see one since I'm loaning one to Prov, but it's worth a 2 minute trip, lol.

Wanna try a 24'' NEPTUNE unit? It's 165watts and is fully controllable from 12K to 22K color. 1 unit will light that tank up very well.

I dont know hiw to measure it since its a dumb triangle kinda sorta ill try measuing tonight i wanna say 34 inches in a 90 from back center you know what i mean gus pm sent

Let's look at it this way. 34x34x48 as a right triangle. The area of that triangle is 1/2bxh, which equals 816 square inches. If we were to take a fixture that was 24x14, the area covered would be 336 square inches of coverage, which would require two. Or, you could take the coverage area rather than the fixture size itself. This way, we're not looking at fitting a square into a triangle, we're trying to fit 1 area into another. The coverage area for different lights can be found either through people on here or the manufacturer's info, this way you can weed out different systems based on coverage/size.

My friend shaun has a 110g corner tank and he had the same lighting issues,6-7months ago before i started doing my own lights,we set him up with a 60 led DIY fixture and all his sps/anemones/clams are doing great to this day. He has a small amoutt of rock all around and just the curved front pane viewable,i think it has the perfect amount of lights 180w total.
