lighting ideas for 20 high mixed reef

36w PAR38 LED 20k Full Spectrum Dimmable Reef Light would this be enough light for stuff like sps and lps in a 20 high? I'm looking at the one from coral compulsion.
 
A single PAR38 probably won't be enough coverage unfortunately. You'll have some really dark corners if you centered it. Raising it up would probably allow you to keep lps, but sps will want more, and you'll only have enough directly under the PAR38.

2 would work, but then your talking close to $200...dead set on the 20H? Lol
 
90w chinese led fixture would cover it perfectly or just get the cc 120, a single par 38 bulb isint gonna be enough
 
Boooo no chineese fixtures! Look at reefbreeders econony fixture it has better leds and its under 200

It is they all are but if you buy from a usa company like reefbreeders or coralcompulsion you have usa based support and contacts I have 3 of the coralcompulsions panel lights they include a digital timer and arw dimmable they also have the best color spectrum and include cyan not green which noone else even offers plus the warranty is 3 years and he is in lisle so you can pick it up from him he can show you them over his tanks and how to use them plus if there's ever an issue he's local and only a phone call away.

+2 I have 2 over my 40 breeder and it's perfect.. I would say if u want versatility and controllability and save u a little money go with the cc120 from coral compulsion.. You'll be able to keep anything in ur 20high then ..
 
20h is 24x12x16 right ??

whats the price range you are looking at ??

and no one par 38 wont cut it ....
