has anyone had any issues with their vortech pumps? came home today and the led for the controller is solid red and can't reset even with powering off. I found a post online giving instructions on removing the RF module. I took it off and the pump was again functional. I know I need to call the customer service tomorrow but what does that mean? Is this issue something I can remedy at home? I'm sure I'll get my answers once i talk to a representative but just curious if anyone else has had this issue.

Did you check the wet side of the pump to make sure theres nothing in it? I know you have to replace the wetside after a few years depending on the thinkness of the tank cause the wetside has a tendency to fall down causing it to not be perfectly aligned with dry side. Or the driver crapped out.
