It appears that my original build thread is gone
So lets start all over.

I picked up a used 250 bow front acrylic tank from Sea Schor.
I built my own stand.
I have 3 sets of Chinese leds from a group buy here, which I installed into my old metal halide fixture.
The tank is on the first floor, The sump is in the basement.
The sump is a 100 gal. Rubermaid container from tractor supply.
return pump is a Blueline 100.
I have 2 500 watt heaters in my sump.
I have a 215 gal. pickup trunk tank for my RO water
and a 215 gal pickup truck tank for my mixed saltwater
Everything is gravity fed so no extra pumps

OK lets see if I can do a Reader's Digest condensed version of this build.

In Feb. of 2012, I bought a used acrylic tank. Its 72" long, 30" high, and 24" deep at the ends 30" deep at the middle bow front.
Here is a picture of it in my garage when I brought it home.

Then I soaked it in vinegar and water plus a little elbow grease to remove all the crud
